We kindly ask you to check-out by 10am, unless you have stated that you want a late checkout ahead of time.
This property is strictly NO smoking, and this includes vaping.
Please be mindful of noise levels and your surrounding houses. NO OUTSIDE NOISE after 10PM.

DISHWASHER
There is a dishwasher with dish tabs in the cupboard under the sink. It would be greatly appreciated if you could turn on the dishwasher before you check out.
BBQ
Feel free to use the BBQ, but please clean it thoroughly for the next guests. A $60 cleaning fee will apply if it is not left clean.
FIREPLACE
There is a fireplace for your use. Additional firewood can be found outside.
LAUNDRY
Please feel free to use the washing machine. Laundry powder is supplied.
TELEVISION
There is a smart TV with a Vodafone box which will allow you to access a range of free to air channels, and also the ability to log in to your own personal apps and Netfllix account, as well as a selection of movies and Xbox games for you to enjoy. They can be found on the following: HDMI 1 TV (Vodafone TV) / HDMI 2 Bluray/DVD Player / HDMI 3 Xbox
GAS HOT WATER
Have you run out of hot water? Is the water running cold? This likely indicates that your gas supply is depleted. To resolve this, locate the gas bottles outside the house. You’ll find an indicator dial in the centre of the bottles; simply turn the dial to switch to the other gas bottle. If you have to do this during your stay with us, please inform us.
OVEN
When using the cook-top please ensure the range hood is turned on. This helps eliminate smells but also keeps moisture out of the air. For more information please click the link below:
COFFEE MACHINE
Make sure the water at the back of the machine is topped up before using. To operate the coffee machine, here are the instructions...
RUBBISH / RECYCLING
There is a rubbish bin in the kitchen and additional bin liners located under the kitchen sink. If the bin gets full, please take out and place into the black rubbish bin located outside. RECYCLING - The black wheelie bin with yellow lid is for paper, clean cardboard, recyclable plastics, aluminium cans and tins only. NO GLASS to go into this bin please. There are green and/or maroon recycling bins located outside these are for GLASS only please.
BUGS
You may encounter some insects; this is beyond our control. Martinborough is known for its ants, cockroaches, and flies.
SPA
Striped spa/ pool towels are on the washing machine. Rinse off in the shower before entering spa. Please don’t touch the temperature settings, use jets only & close spa lid once you are finished using it. Please refrain from drinking with glassware in the spa.
