HOUSE RULES

We kindly ask you to check-out by 10am, unless you have stated that you want a late checkout ahead of time.

This property is strictly NO smoking, and this includes vaping.

Please be mindful of noise levels and your surrounding houses. NO OUTSIDE NOISE after 10PM.

PLEASE LEAVE THE HOUSE THE WAY YOU FOUND IT

TELEVISION

There is a LG Smart TV. Use the LG remote for all controls, select Freeview on the home screen to watch normal TV.

All apps (Netflix etc) can only be watched using your own login.

DISHWASHER

Dish tablets can be located under the sink. Please turn the dishwasher on before you check out.

COFFEE MACHINE

Make sure water at the back of the machine is topped up before using. Capsule per person per night is provided

HEATER / AIR CON

Feel free to use the pump for heating or cooling the house. Please ensure the windows and doors are closed if using it.

BBQ

There is a BBQ in the garage. Feel free to use it but please clean it thoroughly for the next guests. A $60 cleaning fee will apply if it is not left clean.

KITCHEN

KITCHEN - The door to the left of the oven is the scullery, which has a toaster, chopping boards, wine glasses, platters, Tupperware and basics like salt and pepper. Mugs, glasses and other cookware can be found in the main drawers under the hob. The cushions for the outdoor furniture are also found in the scullery. Please bring them in when not using them and overnight. They are very light and will blow away. If you need more ice, open the fridge, and on the right, you’ll see an ice button you can turn on. Ice will then flow into the compartment in the freezer. Please turn it off when you have enough as it will keep producing.

RUBBISH / RECYCLING

Please use the rubbish bins provided and where possible keep recycling seperate from daily waste. There is a large black bin for all kitchen and general rubbish to go in. There are two bins provided - Blue/Maroon bins are for clean, unbroken bottles and jars. Recycled plastics, metal cans & tins. Large black bin with yellow lid is for paper, newspaper & cardboard.

BUGS

You may encounter some insects; this is beyond our control. Martinborough is known for its ants, cockroaches, and flies.

SWIMMING POOL

The communal pool is available to use in the summer months (CLOSED from Easter weekend through to Labour weekend). Opening hours are 8am-8pm. Please familiarise and adhere to the pool rules at the entrance to the pool. The pool is only available to paid guests staying with you, not to visiting guests. A blue pool FOB is the key to enter pool. Simply wave the blue pool FOB at the entry pad at the gate to enter the pool gate.

TENNIS COURT

The tennis courts are available all year round. Courts are located before the first house on your left-hand side coming into Burgundy Drive.
