We kindly ask you to check-out by 10am, unless you have stated that you want a late checkout ahead of time.
This property is strictly NO smoking, and this includes vaping.
Please be mindful of noise levels and your surrounding houses. NO OUTSIDE NOISE after 10PM.
UNIT 4 & 5 - Please take a moment to clean up after your pet should you have one, particularly in the backyard, to maintain a pleasant and welcoming environment for everyone.

TELEVISION
There is Netflix, YouTube, TVNZ+ & Three Now available to watch, Select Live TV on the TVNZ & Three Now app for regular viewing. There is also Chromecast built in to cast to the TV, also Sky Sport app on the TV that you can login to using your personal account.
HEATER / AIR CON
A heat pump is available to use in the lounge, using the heat pump remote to activate. Please keep the windows and doors closed when the heaters are in use. The snow flake is for cooling the house and the sun is for heating.
SOFA BED
If you have requested an extra bed everything for the sofa bed will be left on the couch before your arrival. DO NOT LEAVE ANY LINENS ON THE BED INCLUDING SHEETS WHEN FOLDING IT UP – THIS WILL CAUSE DAMAGE AND YOU WILL BE LIABLE!
BBQ
Feel free to use the BBQ, but please clean it thoroughly for the next guests. A $60 cleaning fee will apply if it is not left clean.
GAS HOT WATER
Have you run out of hot water? Is the water running cold? This likely indicates that your gas supply is depleted. To resolve this, locate the gas bottles outside the house. You’ll find an indicator dial in the centre of the bottles; simply turn the dial to switch to the other gas bottle. If you have to do this during your stay with us, please inform us.
RUBBISH / RECYCLING
There is a rubbish bin in the kitchen and additional bin liners located under the kitchen sink. If the bin gets full, please take out and place into the black rubbish bin located outside. RECYCLING - The black wheelie bin with yellow lid is for paper, clean cardboard, recyclable plastics, aluminium cans and tins only. NO GLASS to go into this bin please. There are green and/or maroon recycling bins located outside these are for GLASS only please.
BUGS
You may encounter some insects; this is beyond our control. Martinborough is known for its ants, cockroaches, and flies.
LAUNDRY
There are no laundry service facilities in the cottages as they are designed for short stays only. There is a laundromat at the Martinborough BP on Kitchener Street.
