HOUSE RULES
We kindly ask you to check-out by 10am, unless you have stated that you want a late checkout ahead of time.
This property is strictly NO smoking, and this includes vaping.
Please be mindful of noise levels and your surrounding houses. NO OUTSIDE NOISE after 10PM.

TELEVISION
For both lounge and master bedroom – Use Samsung remote for all controls – On the home screen select Live TV Terrestrial for normal TV. Netflix, Disney+ and YouTube are available to watch.
BBQ
Feel free to use the BBQ, but please clean it thoroughly for the next guests. A $60 cleaning fee will apply if it is not left clean.
BUGS
You may encounter some insects; this is beyond our control. The Wairarapa is known for its ants, cockroaches, and flies.
COFFEE MACHINE
There is a Nespresso coffee machine - Make sure water at the back of the Nespresso machine is topped up before using. One pod per person per night.
LAUNDRY
Feel free to use the washing machine and dryer during your stay, there is also a clothesline at the back of the property if you would like to hang items out.
RUBBISH / RECYCLING
There is a rubbish bin in the kitchen and additional bin liners located under the kitchen sink. If the bin gets full, please take out and place into the black rubbish bin located outside. RECYCLING - The black wheelie bin with yellow lid is for paper, clean cardboard, recyclable plastics, aluminium cans and tins only. NO GLASS to go into this bin please. There are green and/or maroon recycling bins located outside these are for GLASS only please.
OUTSIDE FURNITURE
Please make sure to bring outdoor furniture cushions inside after using – these are not to be left outside especially if its windy or raining. Only have the outside umbrella up when you are outside and do not use if its windy.
HEATING / AIR CON
Feel free to use the Heat pump for heating or cooling the house. Please ensure the windows and doors are closed if using it.
SWIMMING POOL
The communal pool is available to use in the summer months (CLOSED from Easter weekend through to Labour weekend). Opening hours are 8am-8pm. Please familiarise and adhere to the pool rules at the entrance to the pool. The pool is only available to paid guests staying with you, not to visiting guests. A blue pool FOB is the key to enter pool. Simply wave the blue pool FOB at the entry pad at the gate to enter the pool gate.
TENNIS COURT
The tennis courts are available all year round. Courts are located before the first house on your left-hand side coming into Burgundy Drive.
