Check-out time is 10am unless you have stated that you want a late checkout ahead of time.
This property is strictly NO smoking, and this includes vaping.
Please be mindful of noise levels and your surrounding houses. NO OUTSIDE NOISE after 10PM.

TELEVISION
Samsung 50inch TV. TV INSTRUCTIONS - Use the small SAMSUNG remote to turn TV on/off. Press the home button for the smart function’s menu
Press home then go to source – Samsung TV for normal TV
NESPRESSO MACHINE
Make sure water at the back of the Nespresso machine is topped up before using. Please rinse milk frother after using for easy cleaning. One Nespresso capsule per person per night is provided
DISHWASHER
Dishwashing tablets are under the sink in the kitchen. Please turn the dishwasher on if there are dirty dishes when you leave.
Laundry
There is a washing machine in the cupboard in the hallway for you to use during your stay. One laundry powder sachet is provided per night staying. IRON & IRONING BOARD - There is an iron and ironing board the ironing board is located down the side of the fridge and the iron is in the laundry
housekeeping
Spray and wipe can be found under the kitchen sink. Please ensure house is always locked (doors and windows) when you are not home.
SPA POOL
Striped spa/ pool towels are on the washing machine. Rinse off in the shower before entering spa. Please don’t touch the temperature settings and close spa lid once you are finished using
Heater/Air con
BBQ
Please make sure to leave BBQ clean using the BBQ wipes under the kitchen sink and brush by the BBQ, and put the cover back over once cooled. Please make sure gas bottle is turned off after use
rubbish
There is a rubbish bin in the drawer under the microwave and additional bin liners located under the kitchen sink. If the bin gets full, please take out and place into the black rubbish bin located outside to the left of the house. The black wheelie bin with yellow lid is for paper, clean cardboard, recyclable plastics, aluminium cans and tins only. NO GLASS to go into this bin please. There are green and/or maroon recycling bins located outside these are for GLASS only please.

The tennis courts are available all year round. They are located before the first house on your left-hand side coming into Burgundy Drive.
POOL
The communal pool is available to use in the summer months (closed from Easter Weekend through to Labour Day). The pool and enclosed area are also smoke free, alcohol free and glass free zones. Please respect these rules for the safety of our guests and permanent on site residents of Pinot Grove. There is a key tag attached to the key ring in the lock box. Please use this to access the pool.
Energy
There is a heat pump in each room. We all have a responsibility to reduce our carbon footprint. Please keep windows and doors closed when heating is on. Lights at the back door turn on with sensors and turn off automatically. (Please leave the dial set at the black mark). Please turn other lights off when not in use. Lights in the main room are controlled at four corners of the room, and with a dimmer. Please use extractor fans in the bathrooms when using the showers. Please use the extractor fan in the laundry when using the washing machine or dryer. In fine weather, especially for pool towels, please consider using the clothes rack out on the side deck, instead of a full drying cycle.
