When do you send the check in details?

The check-in details are scheduled to be sent 24hours before your arrival. 

What are your arrival and departure times?

Arrival time is 2pm and departure time is 10am.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is 14 days.

When will payment be charged?

When making a reservation through our website or Vrbo/Bookabach, a deposit of 10% is required at the time of booking. The remaining 90% will be charged seven days prior to your arrival.

How do I make any changes my reservation? 

Are you looking to make changes to your reservation? The process may differ depending on whether you booked directly with us or through one of the booking platforms where we are listed. Feel free to send us a message, and we’ll assist you or guide you to the right resource.

Is an early check-in or late check-out possible?

These options are available based on availability and can be purchased for a fee of $20 per hour, with a maximum duration of 2 hours. Please note that during our busier months, these options may not be available.  Once you have made your booking, feel free to send us a message to inquire about availability.

What are the rules regarding number of guests?

The maximum guest capacity is specified by the particular listing and your booking agreement. Please ensure that you reserve for the correct number of guests when booking your accommodation.

Are pets allowed?

There are specific properties that can be booked for bringing your beloved pet on holiday with you.  The following properties allow pets: Unit 4 - Two four Cologne, Unit 5 - Two four Cologne, Strasbourge Cottage, Forest House, Brooklands Cottage, Family Retreat (small dogs only), Walnut House, The White House, Farmhouse Retreat   

How do I obtain the keys?

Check-in Information Provided Before Arrival - You will receive the check-in details a day prior to your arrival. This information will include instructions on the check-in process, the location of your accommodation, and where to find the key.

What happens if something isn't right or a problem occurs during our stay?

Firstly, please refer to the House Manual found on the table. If you can't locate it, an additional copy is available on top of the fridge. This manual contains instructions on appliances and other important information, so be sure to read it before contacting the 0800 number. If your situation is urgent, feel free to reach out to us without hesitation.

Do you have Bikes available to hire?

Yes, we do have bikes available for hire! The cost is $30 per day from Monday to Friday and $40 per day on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. We will deliver and collect the bikes from your accommodation. Don’t worry about the weather; if conditions turn bad, you can cancel at no charge. Feel free to message us if you would like to make a booking.
