We kindly ask you to check-out by 10am, unless you have stated that you want a late checkout ahead of time.
This property is strictly NO smoking, and this includes vaping.
Please be mindful of noise levels and your surrounding houses. NO OUTSIDE NOISE after 10PM.

TELEVISION
The Living Room TV has Freeview channels, streaming apps and Chromecast - to use set the TV to HDMI 1 and use the SmartVu remote. The Sleepout TV offers streaming apps and Chromecast only.
DISHWASHER
There is a dishwasher, with dish tabs in the cupboard under the sink. Kindly start the dishwasher if there are any dirty dishes left behind when you leave.
FIREPLACE / HEATING
The house has heat pumps in the dining area and sleepout, and a fireplace in the lounge. Everything you need for the fire can be found next to it, and extra wood is available in the small shed at the front of the house. Before you leave, please ensure all heating devices are turned off. For added comfort, extra blankets can be found in the room with the single beds.
SPA POOL
No glassware in the spa please – plastic only. Please use the striped towels provided for the spa. Rinse off in the shower before entering. Please use it with care and respect and do not adjust the temperature and other settings. After use, please close the spa lid and ensure it’s clipped down securely.
TRAMPOLINE
Feel free to use the trampoline but guests MUST ensure the door is zipped closed after using.
BUGS
You may encounter some insects; this is beyond our control. Martinborough is known for its ants, cockroaches, and flies.
RUBBISH / RECYCLING
There is a rubbish bin in the kitchen and additional bin liners located under the kitchen sink. If the bin gets full, please take out and place into the black rubbish bin located outside. RECYCLING - The black wheelie bin with yellow lid is for paper, clean cardboard, recyclable plastics, aluminium cans and tins only. NO GLASS to go into this bin please. There are green and/or maroon recycling bins located outside these are for GLASS only please.
