HOUSE RULES
We kindly ask you to check-out by 10am, unless you have stated that you want a late checkout ahead of time.
This property is strictly NO smoking, and this includes vaping.
Please be mindful of noise levels and your surrounding houses. NO OUTSIDE NOISE after 10PM.

TELEVISION
The Living Room TV has Freeview channels, streaming apps and Chromecast - to use set the TV to HDMI 1 and use the SmartVu remote. The Sleepout TV offers streaming apps and Chromecast only.
DISHWASHER
There is a dishwasher, with dish tabs in the cupboard under the sink. Kindly start the dishwasher if there are any dirty dishes left behind when you leave.
FIREPLACE / HEATING
The house has heat pumps in the dining area and sleepout, using the heat pump remote to activate. Please keep the windows and doors closed when the heaters are in use. The snow flake is for cooling the house and the sun is for heating. The fireplace is in the lounge. Everything you need for the fire can be found next to it, and extra wood is available in the small shed at the front of the house. Before you leave, please ensure all heating devices are turned off. For added comfort, extra blankets can be found in the room with the single beds.
COFFEE MACHINE
Make sure the water at the back of the machine is topped up before using. To operate the coffee machine, here are the instructions...
OVEN
Turn oven on using the power button. Select the required function. More information please scan the QR code. When using the cook top please ensure the range hood is turned on. This helps eliminate smells but also keeps moisture out of the air.
LAUNDRY
Please feel free to use the washing machine. Laundry powder is supplied. For instructions please click on the below link.
BUGS
You might come across some insects; this is something we cannot control. Martinborough is particularly known for its ants, cockroaches, and flies.
RUBBISH / RECYCLING
There is a rubbish bin in the kitchen and additional bin liners located under the kitchen sink. If the bin gets full, please take out and place into the black rubbish bin located outside. RECYCLING - The black wheelie bin with yellow lid is for paper, clean cardboard, recyclable plastics, aluminium cans and tins only. NO GLASS to go into this bin please. There are green and/or maroon recycling bins located outside these are for GLASS only please.
SPA POOL
Striped spa/ pool towels are on the washing machine. Rinse off in the shower before entering spa. Please don’t touch the temperature settings, use jets only and close spa lid once you are finished using it. Please refrain from drinking with glassware in the spa. After use, please close the spa lid and ensure it’s clipped down securely.
TRAMPOLINE
Feel free to use the trampoline but guests MUST ensure the door is zipped closed after using.
BBQ
Feel free to use the BBQ, but please clean it thoroughly for the next guests. A $60 cleaning fee will apply if it is not left clean.
