HOUSE RULES

We kindly ask you to check-out by 10am, unless you have stated that you want a late checkout ahead of time.

This property is strictly NO smoking, and this includes vaping.

Please be mindful of noise levels and your surrounding houses. NO OUTSIDE NOISE after 10PM.

TELEVISION

Utilise Freeview streaming using the SONY remote for regular television viewing. Additionally, the TV comes equipped with apps like Netflix, which you can access using your personal login. These can be watched when using the SONY remote for controls as well as the Sky remote. Press the HOME button on either remote for their menu.

DISHWASHER

There is a dishwasher with dish tabs in the cupboard under the sink. It would be greatly appreciated if you could turn on the dishwasher before you check out.

OVEN

Turn oven on using the power button. Select the required function. When using the cook top please ensure the range hood is turned on. This helps eliminate smells but also keeps moisture out of the air.

HEATER / AIR CON

A heat pump is available to use in the lounge, using the heat pump remote to activate. Please keep the windows and doors closed when the heaters are in use. The snow flake is for cooling the house and the sun is for heating.

BBQ

Feel free to use the BBQ, but please clean it thoroughly for the next guests. A $60 cleaning fee will apply if it is not left clean.

LAUNDRY

Please feel free to use the washing machine. Laundry powder is supplied.

RUBBISH / RECYCLING

There is a rubbish bin in the kitchen and additional bin liners located under the kitchen sink. If the bin gets full, please take out and place into the black rubbish bin located outside. RECYCLING - The black wheelie bin with yellow lid is for paper, clean cardboard, recyclable plastics, aluminium cans and tins only. NO GLASS to go into this bin please. There are green and/or maroon recycling bins located outside these are for GLASS only please.

BUGS

You may encounter some insects; this is beyond our control. Martinborough is known for its ants, cockroaches, and flies.

SPA POOL

Striped spa/ pool towels are on the washing machine. Rinse off in the shower before entering spa. Please don’t touch the temperature settings, use jets only and close spa lid once you are finished using it. Please refrain from drinking with glassware in the spa.

COFFEE MACHINE

GAS HOT WATER

Have you run out of hot water? Is the water running cold? This likely indicates that your gas supply is depleted. To resolve this, locate the gas bottles outside the house. You’ll find an indicator dial in the centre of the bottles; simply turn the dial to switch to the other gas bottle. If you have to do this during your stay with us, please inform us.

SWIMMING POOL

The communal pool is available to use in the summer months (CLOSED from Easter weekend through to Labour weekend). Opening hours are 8am-8pm. Please familiarise and adhere to the pool rules at the entrance to the pool. The pool is only available to paid guests staying with you, not to visiting guests. A blue pool FOB is the key to enter pool. Simply wave the blue pool FOB at the entry pad at the gate to enter the pool gate.

TENNIS COURT

The tennis courts are available all year round. Courts are located before the first house on your left-hand side coming into Burgundy Drive.
