HOUSE RULES

We kindly ask you to check-out by 10am, unless you have stated that you want a late checkout ahead of time.

This property is strictly NO smoking, and this includes vaping.

Please be mindful of noise levels and your surrounding houses. NO OUTSIDE NOISE after 10PM.

TELEVISION

There is a Smart TV which has netflix available to use, along with MySky. The Sony surround system can be used via the black remote, using the green power button to turn on.

DISHWASHER

There is a dishwasher with dish tabs in the cupboard under the sink. It would be greatly appreciated if you could turn on the dishwasher before you check out.

OVEN

Turn oven on using the power button. Select the required function. If you need further assistance, refer to the manual in white folder above the fridge. When using the cook top please ensure the range hood is turned on. This helps eliminate smells but also keeps moisture out of the air.

HEATER / AIR CON

You will find multiple heating options throughout the house. In the second and third bedrooms there is an electric heater. A heat pump is avaiable to use in the lounge, using the heat pump remote to activate. Please keep the windows and doors closed when the heaters are in use.

BBQ

Feel free to use the BBQ, but please clean it thoroughly for the next guests. A $60 cleaning fee will apply if it is not left clean.

LAUNDRY

Please feel free to use the washing machine. Laundry powder is supplied.

RUBBISH / RECYCLING

Please use the rubbish bins provided and where possible keep recycling seperate from daily waste. There is a large black bin for all kitchen and general rubbish to go in. There are two bins provided - Blue/Maroon bins are for clean, unbroken bottles and jars. Recycled plastics, metal cans & tins. Large black bin with yellow lid is for paper, newspaper & cardboard.

BUGS

You may encounter some insects; this is beyond our control. Martinborough is known for its ants, cockroaches, and flies.

SWIMMING POOL

The communal pool is available to use in the summer months (CLOSED from Easter weekend through to Labour weekend). Opening hours are 8am-8pm. Please familiarise and adhere to the pool rules at the entrance to the pool. The pool is only available to paid guests staying with you, not to visiting guests. A blue pool FOB is the key to enter pool. Simply wave the blue pool FOB at the entry pad at the gate to enter the pool gate.

TENNIS COURT

The tennis courts are available all year round. Courts are located before the first house on your left-hand side coming into Burgundy Drive.
