HOUSE RULES
We kindly ask you to check-out by 10am, unless you have stated that you want a late checkout ahead of time.
This property is strictly NO smoking, and this includes vaping.
Please be mindful of noise levels and your surrounding houses. NO OUTSIDE NOISE after 10PM.

TELEVISION
There is a black remote to operate the TV. Press the Red power button to turn the TV on. Push the house (home) button to reach other apps, like Netflix.
LAUNDRY
There is a washing machine, iron & ironing board. Please use the laundry powder suppled.
FIREPLACE
This is available for your use, wood is provided, should you need more please help yourself from the woodbox located at the back of the property. Please do not empty the fire, we will take care of this after your departure. Hot ashes can cause fires if they are not disposed of correctly.
HEATING / AIR CON
You will find the heat pump remote on the wall next to the fire place. Please keep the windows and doors closed when the heat pump is in use.
BUGS
You may encounter some insects; this is beyond our control. Martinborough is known for its ants, cockroaches, and flies.
OVEN
To use the oven, simply select the function (bake, fan, fan forced, grill) and dial in the temperature. When using the ceramic cook top, please ensure the range hood is turned on.
DISHWASHER
There is a dishwasher, with dish tabs in the cupboard under the sink. Kindly start the dishwasher if there are any dirty dishes left behind when you leave.
RUBBISH / RECYCLING
Please use the rubbish bins provided and where possible keep recycling seperate from daily waste. There is a large black bin for all kitchen and general rubbish to go in. There are two bins provided - Green/Maroon bins are for clean, unbroken bottles and jars. Recycled plastics, aluminium cans & tins. Large black bin with yellow lid is for paper, newspaper & cardboard.
