House rules
Check-out time is 10am unless you have stated that you want a late checkout ahead of time.
This property is strictly NO smoking, and this includes vaping.
Please be mindful of noise levels and your surrounding houses. NO OUTSIDE NOISE after 10PM.

TELEVISION
There is a Toshiba Smart TV in the lounge, with a Vodafone TV box, Netflix, along with a Tech Inc speaker.
DISHWASHER
Push the power button to start. It is pre-set for the most economical and quickest wash cycle available. Dishwashing tablets can be found under the sink. It would be greatly appreciated if you could turn the dishwasher on before checking out.
Laundry
Please feel free to use the washing machine, which is located in the lounge cupboard. There is also washing powder available for use. If you need guidance, please refer to the manual in the kitchen drawers.
OVEN
Turn oven on using the power button. Simply dial the function (bake, fan bake, fan forced, grill). Dial in what temperature you would like. When using the cook top please ensure the range hood is turned on. This helps eliminate smells but also keeps moisture out of the air.
Heater/Air con
You will find air conditioning in the lounge, along with an electric heater in the master and fourth bedroom. Please keep the windows and doors closed when the heaters are in use.
housekeeping
The mop and vacuum are available to use and are located in the kitchen cupboard, along with spare blankets, which are also located in all bedrooms. Please ensure the house is always locked (doors and windows) when you are not home.
tennis court
The tennis courts are available all year round. They are located before the first house on your left-hand side coming into Burgundy Drive.
POOL
The communal pool is available to use in the summer months (closed from Easter Weekend through to Labour Day). The pool and enclosed area are also smoke free, alcohol free and glass free zones. Please respect these rules for the safety of our guests and permanent on site residents of Pinot Grove. There is a key tag attached to the key ring in the lock box. Please use this to access the pool.
rubbish
Please use the rubbish bins provided and where possible keep recycling separate from daily waste. There is a large black bin for all kitchen and general rubbish to go in.
Recycling - There are two bins provided - Blue/Maroon bins are for Clean, unbroken bottled and jars. Recycled plastics, metal cans and tins. Large black bin is for paper, newspaper, magazines and cardboard.
Energy
We all have a responsibility to reduce our carbon footprint. Please keep windows and doors closed when heating is on. Turn lights off when they are not in use. Use the clothes racks provided (instead of a full drying cycle) where possible.
