Please be mindful of noise levels and your surrounding houses. NO OUTSIDE NOISE after 10PM.

TELEVISION
The Panasonic Plasma TV has built in Freeview, Youtube, and Netflix for you to log into your own account and enjoy.
BBQ
Feel free to use the BBQ, but please clean it thoroughly for the next guests. A $60 cleaning fee will apply if it is not left clean.
LAUNDRY
Feel free to use the washing machine during your stay, there is laundry powder provided.
COFFEE MAKER
There is a Nespresso coffee machine - Make sure water at the back of the Nespresso machine is topped up before using. One pod per person per night.
BUGS
You may encounter some insects; this is beyond our control. The Wairarapa is known for its ants, cockroaches, and flies.
RUBBISH / RECYCLING
There is a rubbish bin in the kitchen and additional bin liners located under the kitchen sink. If the bin gets full, please take out and place into the black rubbish bin located outside. RECYCLING - The black wheelie bin with yellow lid is for paper, clean cardboard, recyclable plastics, aluminium cans and tins only. NO GLASS to go into this bin please. There are green and/or maroon recycling bins located outside these are for GLASS only please.
GAS HOT WATER
Have you run out of hot water? Is the water running cold? This likely indicates that your gas supply is depleted. To resolve this, locate the gas bottles outside the house. You’ll find an indicator dial in the center of the bottles; simply turn the dial to switch to the other gas bottle. If you have to do this during your stay with us, please inform us.
SPA POOL
If facing the fence, fold back the left side of the cover so it’s sitting on top of the right side. Then grab the rubber grip of the handle and slowly pull right and gently rest cover on ground. This is easiest and best done with one person on each side. Striped spa/ pool towels are on the washing machine. Rinse off in the shower before entering spa. Please don’t touch the temperature settings, use jets only and close spa lid once you are finished using it. Please refrain from drinking with glassware in the spa.
SWIMMING POOL
The communal pool is available to use in the summer months (CLOSED from Easter weekend through to Labour weekend). Opening hours are 8am-8pm. Please familiarise and adhere to the pool rules at the entrance to the pool. The pool is only available to paid guests staying with you, not to visiting guests. A blue pool FOB is the key to enter pool. Simply wave the blue pool FOB at the entry pad at the gate to enter the pool gate.
TENNIS COURT
The tennis courts are available all year round. Courts are located before the first house on your left-hand side coming into Burgundy Drive.
