HOUSE RULES
We kindly ask you to check-out by 10am, unless you have stated that you want a late checkout ahead of time.
This property is strictly NO smoking, and this includes vaping.
Please be mindful of noise levels and your surrounding houses. NO OUTSIDE NOISE after 10PM.

TELEVISION
Turn TV on using the black remote. Use white remote to control the TV - Volume is on the side. There is a Chrome Cast if you wish to cast to the TV. There is Netflix, YouTube, TVNZ+ and Disney + available to watch.
DISHWASHER
There is a dishwasher with dish tabs in the cupboard under the sink. It would be greatly appreciated if you could turn on the dishwasher before you check out.
HEATER / AIR CON
A heat pump is available to use in the lounge, using the heat pump remote to activate. Please keep the windows and doors closed when the heaters are in use. The snow flake is for cooling the house and the sun is for heating.
BBQ
Feel free to use the BBQ, but please clean it thoroughly for the next guests. A $60 cleaning fee will apply if it is not left clean.
LAUNDRY
Please feel free to use the washing machine. Laundry powder is supplied.
COFFEE MACHINE
Make sure water at the back of the machine is topped up before using. Capsule per person per night is provided.
RUBBISH / RECYCLING
There is a rubbish bin in the kitchen and additional bin liners located under the kitchen sink. If the bin gets full, please take out and place into the black rubbish bin located outside. RECYCLING - The black wheelie bin with yellow lid is for paper, clean cardboard, recyclable plastics, aluminium cans and tins only. NO GLASS to go into this bin please. There are green and/or maroon recycling bins located outside these are for GLASS only please.
BUGS
You may encounter some insects; this is beyond our control. Martinborough is known for its ants, cockroaches, and flies.
OUTDOOR FURNITURE
Cushions for the outdoor furniture are located in a box outside the laundry door. Please make sure outdoor furniture is re-covered if raining or on departure. You can use the bean bags on the deck if you wish but please bring inside after using or on departure. Please DO NOT put outdoor umbrella up if there is any wind at all. Make sure the umbrella is lying flat on the deck if you are not using. DO NOT leave standing up
GAS HOT WATER
Have you run out of hot water? Is the water running cold? This likely indicates that your gas supply is depleted. To resolve this, locate the gas bottles outside the house. You’ll find an indicator dial in the centre of the bottles; simply turn the dial to switch to the other gas bottle. If you have to do this during your stay with us, please inform us.
SWIMMING POOL
The communal pool is available to use in the summer months (CLOSED from Easter weekend through to Labour weekend). Opening hours are 8am-8pm. Please familiarise and adhere to the pool rules at the entrance to the pool. The pool is only available to paid guests staying with you, not to visiting guests. A blue pool FOB is the key to enter pool. Simply wave the blue pool FOB at the entry pad at the gate to enter the pool gate.
TENNIS COURT
The tennis courts are available all year round. Courts are located before the first house on your left-hand side coming into Burgundy Drive.
