HOUSE RULES
We kindly ask you to check-out by 10am, unless you have stated that you want a late checkout ahead of time.
This property is strictly NO smoking, and this includes vaping.
Please be mindful of noise levels and your surrounding houses. NO OUTSIDE NOISE after 10PM.

TELEVISION
To watch normal TV select Free view streaming on the home screen, you can also watch YouTube and TVNZ+ or watch Netflix using your own login.
BBQ
Feel free to use the BBQ, but please clean it thoroughly for the next guests. A $60 cleaning fee will apply if it is not left clean.
BUGS
You may encounter some insects; this is beyond our control. The Wairarapa is known for its ants, cockroaches, and flies.
COFFEE MACHINE
There is a Nespresso coffee machine - Make sure water at the back of the Nespresso machine is topped up before using. One pod per person per night.
SEPTIC TANK
PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH SANITARY ITEM’S DOWN THE TOILET AS THIS PROPERTY IS ON SEPTIC TANKS.
LAUNDRY
There is a washing machine & dryer. Laundry powder is provided.
RUBBISH / RECYCLING
Please use the rubbish bins provided and where possible keep recycling seperate from daily waste. There is a large black bin for all kitchen and general rubbish to go in. There are two bins provided - Green/maroon bins are for clean, unbroken bottles and jars/ recyclable plastics / aluminium cans and tins. Large black bin with yellow lid is for paper, newspaper, magazines & cardboard.
SPA POOL
Striped spa/ pool towels are on the washing machine. Rinse off in the shower before entering spa. Please don’t touch the temperature settings on the spa. If taking the spa lid off, please do so carefully. Once you are finished using make sure to put the lid back on. Please don’t lift the lid of the spa with the straps, and after use please make sure ALL buckles are in securely! When taking the spa lid off please flip it back over so it sits on the metal bar then lift the bar up to take the cover right off.
WINDOW BLINDS
Use white remote to put the blinds up and down - remote channels as follows…

1&2 using the remote outside
