HOUSE RULES

We kindly ask you to check-out by 10am, unless you have stated that you want a late checkout ahead of time.

This property is strictly NO smoking, and this includes vaping.

Please be mindful of noise levels and your surrounding houses. NO OUTSIDE NOISE after 10PM.

TELEVISION

The television is a smart TV and has TVNZ+ and Sky TV available to watch.

DISHWASHER

There is a dishwasher with dish tabs in the cupboard under the sink. It would be greatly appreciated if you could turn on the dishwasher before you check out.

OVEN

?? Need to add Oven spiel... will do once guests have checked out

HEATER / AIR CON

There is a heat pump in the lounge. Please make sure the heat pump is turned off on departure

BBQ

Feel free to use the BBQ, but please clean it thoroughly for the next guests. A $60 cleaning fee will apply if it is not left clean.

LAUNDRY

Please feel free to use the washing machine. Laundry powder is supplied.

OUTDOOR FURNITURE

Note that some outdoor furniture is screwed to the deck and cannot be moved, this is to stop damage in Martinborough’s high winds. Outdoor cushions live in the box, you are welcome to take them out, but please put them back before you depart and do not leave them out in the rain

COFFEE MACHINE

Make sure the water at the back of the machine is topped up before using.

RUBBISH / RECYCLING

Please use the rubbish bins provided and where possible keep recycling seperate from daily waste. Large black bin is for all kitchen & general rubbish to go in. Green/Maroon bins are for clean, unbroken bottles and jars. Recycled plastics, aluminium cans & tins. Large black bin with yellow lid is for paper, newspaper & cardboard.

BUGS

You may encounter some insects; this is beyond our control. Martinborough is known for its ants, cockroaches, and flies.

SWIMMING POOL

The communal pool is available to use in the summer months (CLOSED from Easter weekend through to Labour weekend). Opening hours are 8am-8pm. Please familiarise and adhere to the pool rules at the entrance to the pool. The pool is only available to paid guests staying with you, not to visiting guests. A blue pool FOB is the key to enter pool. Simply wave the blue pool FOB at the entry pad at the gate to enter the pool gate.

TENNIS COURT

The tennis courts are available all year round. They are located before the first house on your left-hand side coming into Burgundy Drive.
