HOUSE RULES

We kindly ask you to check-out at 10am, unless you have stated that you want a late checkout ahead of time.

Please take a moment to clean up after your pet, particularly in the backyard, to maintain a pleasant and welcoming environment for everyone.

This property is strictly NO smoking, and this includes vaping.

Please be mindful of noise levels and your surrounding houses. NO OUTSIDE NOISE after 10PM.

TELEVISION

The television is a smart TV equipped with Freeview + Samsung TV plus for your viewing pleasure.

DISHWASHER

There is a dishwasher with dish tabs in the cupboard under the sink. It would be greatly appreciated if you could turn on the dishwasher before you check out.

OVEN

HEATER / AIR CON

There is a heat pump in the lounge. Please make sure the heat pump is turned off on departure. There is also heating available throughout the house.

BBQ

Feel free to use the BBQ, but please clean it thoroughly for the next guests. A $60 cleaning fee will apply if it is not left clean.

LAUNDRY

Please feel free to use the washing machine. Laundry powder is supplied. Iron & Iron board supplied.

COFFEE MACHINE

RUBBISH

Please use the rubbish bins provided and where possible keep recycling seperate from daily waste. There is a large black bin for all kitchen and general rubbish to go in.

RECYCLING

There are two bins provided - Blue/Maroon bins are for clean, unbroken bottles and jars. Recycled plastics, metal cans & tins. Large black bin with yellow lid is for paper, newspaper & cardboard.

BUGS

You may encounter some insects; this is beyond our control. Martinborough is known for its ants, cockroaches, and flies.
