HOUSE RULES
We kindly ask you to check-out by 10am, unless you have stated that you want a late checkout ahead of time.
This property is strictly NO smoking, and this includes vaping.
Please be mindful of noise levels and your surrounding houses. NO OUTSIDE NOISE after 10PM.

TELEVISION
There is a Smart TV, use the freeview app with regular viewing. There are options of other viewing platforms, you will need your own log ins. EXTRA TV: There is also a TV in one of the bedrooms - press power button and then the APPS button for viewing platforms.
DISHWASHER
There is a dishwasher, with dish tabs in the cupboard under the sink. Kindly start the dishwasher if there are any dirty dishes left behind when you leave.
AIR CON / HEATING
There is a ducted heating system throughout the house. The operating system is located on the wall in lounge. Instructions for heat pump is available from the house manual below. Please make sure the heat pump is turned off on departure. Please keep the windows and doors closed when it is in use.
BBQ
Feel free to use the BBQ, but please clean it thoroughly for the next guests. A $60 cleaning fee will apply if it is not left clean.
COFFEE MACHINE
There is a coffee machine - Make sure water at the back of the machine is topped up before using. Coffee machine instructions are available the instructions below.
OVEN
The oven is an induction oven. Very safe and the hobs will only go when you have a pot or pan rested on it. Instructions are available to download from the manual below.
LAUNDRY
Please feel free to use the washing machine & dryer. Laundry powder is supplied.
RUBBISH / RECYCLING
There is a rubbish bin in the kitchen and additional bin liners located under the kitchen sink. If the bin gets full, please take out and place into the black rubbish bin located outside. RECYCLING - The black wheelie bin with yellow lid is for paper, clean cardboard, recyclable plastics, aluminium cans and tins only. NO GLASS to go into this bin please. There are green and/or maroon recycling bins located outside these are for GLASS only please.
BUGS
You may encounter some insects; this is beyond our control. Martinborough is known for its ants, cockroaches, and flies.
SWIMMING POOL
The communal pool is available to use in the summer months (CLOSED from Easter weekend through to Labour weekend). Opening hours are 8am-8pm. Please familiarise and adhere to the pool rules at the entrance to the pool. The pool is only available to paid guests staying with you, not to visiting guests. A blue pool FOB is the key to enter pool. Simply wave the blue pool FOB at the entry pad at the gate to enter the pool gate.
TENNIS COURT
The tennis courts are available all year round. Courts are located before the first house on your left-hand side coming into Burgundy Drive.
