HOUSE RULES

We kindly ask you to check-out by 10am, unless you have stated that you want a late checkout ahead of time.

This property is strictly NO smoking, and this includes vaping.

Please be mindful of noise levels and your surrounding houses. NO OUTSIDE NOISE after 10PM.

TELEVISION

There is a Smart TV, use the freeview app with regular viewing. There are options of other viewing platforms, you will need your own log ins.

DISHWASHER

Push the power button to start. It is pre-set for the most economical and quickest wash cycle available. Dishwashing tablets can be found in the drawers next to the dishwasher. It would be greatly appreciated if you could turn the dishwasher on before checking out.

OVEN

Turn oven on using the power button. Simply choose the function (bake, fan bake, fan forced, grill). Choose what temperature you would like. When using the electric cook top please ensure the range hood is turned on. This helps eliminate smells but also keeps moisture out of the air.

HEATER / AIR CON

You will find the heat pump in the lounge. Please keep the windows and doors closed when the heat pump is in use.

BBQ

Feel free to use the BBQ, but please clean it thoroughly for the next guests. A $60 cleaning fee will apply if it is not left clean.

LAUNDRY

Please feel free to use the washing machine. Laundry powder is supplied.

BUGS

You may encounter some insects; this is beyond our control. Martinborough is known for its ants, cockroaches, and flies.

RUBBISH / RECYCLING

There is a rubbish bin in the kitchen and additional bin liners located under the kitchen sink. If the bin gets full, please take out & place into the black rubbish bin located outside of the house. The black wheelie bin with yellow lid is for paper, clean cardboard, recyclable plastics, aluminium cans and tins only. NO GLASS to go into this bin please. There are green and/or maroon recycling bins located outside, these are for GLASS only.

POOL

The communal pool located in Pinot Grove on Burgundy Drive and is available to use in the summer months (CLOSED from Easter weekend through to Labour weekend). Opening hours are 8am-8pm. Please familiarise and adhere to the pool rules at the entrance to the pool. The pool is only available to paid guests staying with you – not to visiting guests. A blue pool FOB is the key to enter pool. Simply wave the blue pool FOB at the entry pad at the gate to enter the pool gate.

TENNIS COURT

The tennis courts are available all year round. They are located before the first house on your left-hand side coming into Burgundy Drive.
