HOUSE RULES

We kindly ask you to check-out by 10am, unless you have stated that you want a late checkout ahead of time.

This property is strictly NO smoking, and this includes vaping.

Please be mindful of noise levels and your surrounding houses. NO OUTSIDE NOISE after 10PM.

TELEVISION

Use Panasonic remote to control TV. There is TVNZ + YouTube and Netflix available to watch - select these from the smart functions menu.

BBQ

Feel free to use the BBQ, but please clean it thoroughly for the next guests. A $60 cleaning fee will apply if it is not left clean.

DISHWASHER

There is a dishwasher, with dish tabs in the cupboard under the sink. Kindly start the dishwasher if there are any dirty dishes left behind when you leave.

MANUALS

Appliance manuals are in a clear folder located in the top draw by the WIFI box

LAUNDRY

There is a washing machine & dryer. Laundry powder is provided.

OUTDOOR CUSHIONS

There are cushions for outdoor furniture located in the dressing room. Please do not take outside if it is raining. Please make sure you bring them back inside before departing

RUBBISH / RECYCLING

Please use the rubbish bins provided and where possible keep recycling seperate from daily waste. There is a large black bin for all kitchen and general rubbish to go in. There are two bins provided - Green/maroon bins are for clean, unbroken bottles and jars/ recyclable plastics / aluminium cans and tins. Large black bin with yellow lid is for paper, newspaper, magazines & cardboard.

AIR CON / HEATING

There is a Fujitsu heat pump in the lounge – remote is located on the wall underneath. There is panel heaters in both bedrooms. Please make sure all heating is turned off before departing

BUGS

You may encounter some insects; this is beyond our control. The Wairarapa is known for its ants, cockroaches, and flies.

MUSIC

There is a black UE BOOM for guests to use located next to the WIFI box. Use as you like but please keep the neighbours and other residents in mind. Please plug into charger when you depart – charger is located in the cupboard below
