HOUSE RULES

We kindly ask you to check-out by 10am, unless you have stated that you want a late checkout ahead of time.

This property is strictly NO smoking, and this includes vaping.

Please be mindful of noise levels and your surrounding houses. NO OUTSIDE NOISE after 10PM.

TELEVISION

Utilise Freeview streaming for regular television viewing. Additionally, the TV comes equipped with apps like Netflix, which you can access using your personal login.

DISHWASHER

There is a dishwasher with dish tabs in the cupboard under the sink. It would be greatly appreciated if you could turn on the dishwasher before you check out.

OVEN

To adjust the oven simply press the button on the left & it will pop out allowing you to select a function. The one on the right will allow you set required temperature. STOVE TOP - To unlock the stove place your finger over the key icon for 3 seconds. After that select which element you wish to cook on and select the temperature required. To switch off simply touch the element icon again that you have been using.

HEATER / AIR CON

There are two heat pumps. The remotes for both heat pumps can be found on the wall near the units. Please keep the windows and doors closed when the heaters are in use. The snow flake is for cooling the house and the sun is for heating.

BBQ

Feel free to use the BBQ, but please clean it thoroughly for the next guests. A $60 cleaning fee will apply if it is not left clean.

LAUNDRY

Please feel free to use the washing machine & dryer. Laundry powder is supplied.

COFFEE MACHINE

Make sure the water at the back of the machine is topped up before using.

RUBBISH

Please use the rubbish bins provided and where possible keep recycling seperate from daily waste. There is a large black bin for all kitchen and general rubbish to go in.

RECYCLING

There are two bins provided - Green/maroon bins are for clean, unbroken bottles and jars / recyclable plastics / aluminium cans and tins. Large black bin with yellow lid is for paper, newspaper, magazines & cardboard.

BUGS

You may encounter some insects; this is beyond our control. Martinborough is known for its ants, cockroaches, and flies.

GAS HOT WATER

Have you run out of hot water? Is the water running cold? This likely indicates that your gas supply is depleted. To resolve this, locate the gas bottles outside the house. You’ll find an indicator dial in the centre of the bottles; simply turn the dial to switch to the other gas bottle. If you have to do this during your stay with us, please inform us.
